Artisan Bread


Learn how to make rustic breads! This course teaches key technique of making artisanal bread such as how to make your own starter, control temperatures when mixing dough, and various fermentation process from starter to polish. Some examples of recipe from this course: Beer bread, sour dough and baguette.
