Or a well caramelized Kouign-Amann.Come and join us in this 2 day class to learn the lamination process with all the tips that comes with it.Also, many different applications with the croissant dough, colored, filled croissant Brioche feuilletée, Danish, different application on Brioche buns and fillings.A very educative class on laminated and yeast dough.
