Based on popular demand, we have created this course on breakfast pastries!

Learn how to make different doughs that will result in mouth-watering brioche, toast bread, danishes, regular and chocolate croissants, Kouign Aman, raisin rolls, and apple puff.

Artisan Breads

Learn how to make rustic breads!  This course teaches key techniques of making artisanal bread such as how to make your own starter, control temperatures when mixing doughs, and various fermentation processes from starter to poolish.  Some examples of recipes from this course: beer bread, sourdough, and baguette.

3-day hands-on course from 9 am to 4 pm
